This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in selling FinTech products, building and managing high-performing sales teams, and driving rapid revenue growth in startup environments. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a hands-on leader, and a skilled communicator, capable of collaborating effectively across all company functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Generation:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and key accounts.
    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the FinTech market and Recurved’s value proposition.
    • Be an individual contributor, actively selling and closing deals, while simultaneously building the sales organization.
  • Sales Team Leadership:
    • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, recruiting A+ sales professionals as needed.
    • Establish and implement sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
    • Foster a motivated, collaborative, and results-oriented sales culture.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and training to sales team members.
  • Sales Operations & Technology:
    • Manage and optimize sales operations, including CRM utilization, sales forecasting, and reporting.
    • Implement and utilize sales enablement tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing to develop and execute integrated marketing and sales campaigns.
    • Collaborate with customer service to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
    • Provide valuable feedback to the software development team to inform product development and enhancements.
    • Be a key player in the company’s growth and product feature development.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
    • Provide market intelligence to inform product development and sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in selling FinTech products, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations and CRM systems.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving rapid growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
